Week 1 - 2019

This week is the official first week of build season. And the team has successfully come to a consensus with the path they want to go down with the design of the robot. So, prototyping can begin!
The team is using CAD (Computer Aided Design and Drafting) to plan out the robot’s design and its future abilities. Some team members have also experimented with 3D printing various mechanisms for the robot while other team members have started to work on wooden prototypes of the chassis with plywood.
Throughout this week, the team is planning to complete the wooden prototype of the chassis and figure out the different measurements, angles and materials needed for the chassis of the robot.
